We LOVE books and we read-aloud a LOT! Reading aloud not only takes us on new adventures but it also gives us an opportunity to spend quality time together.
Today, we’re rounding up our favorite titles so far; a mix of classic books, newer releases and books in poetry and verses. (By “our” favorite titles, I mean books that both Luke and I agree are nice! Hehe.)
Also, I know I said these books are for ages 3-6 but these titles can definitely be enjoyed by kids 7 and up too (I know I did!) After all, CS Lewis once said: “A children’s story that can only be enjoyed by children is not a good children’s story in the slightest.”

Where to Buy:
I got most of the titles on this post from second-hand bookshops online that are based in the Philippines. If you’re not into buying second-hand, I’ve seen some of the titles on our local bookshops (most of the classic ones), but not all. Your best bet really is still to hound for them preloved!
All these books are available at Amazon though if you are willing to spend for shipping costs to the Philippines (the links I included will take you to their Amazon page.)
