We really were NOT stroller parents before. Even when he started to get really heavy, I would still carry Luke around using a carrier because I found our stroller too bothersome to bring. But it turns out, we were just using the wrong stroller.
We recently discovered the Looping Squizz 2.0 and I fell in love with it the moment I held it!
Ok I know that sounds dramatic, but it is amazing. The Looping Squizz was made for parents like me who love to travel, are busy and just can’t be bothered with underperforming strollers. Haha.
So here’s my review on The Looping Squizz 2.0: what I love about it and how we’ve been using it so far!
1. It’s compact, cabin-sized and lightweight
Because we’re talking about travel strollers, let’s talk about SIZE first! When folded, the Looping Squizz is the size of a carry-on suitcase and can easily fit the overhead bin on the plane. This means: no more waiting at the luggage carousel for your stroller to come out and no more worrying about ending up with a dirty or sometimes, even damaged, stroller because of mishandling!
Folding is easy too because you can fold it with just one hand! To be honest, it took me a few tries before I got the hang of it but once I did, it was easy as pie! There’s also an autolock feature that keeps the stroller locked when folded so you don’t have to worry about it suddenly opening up.
And if you’re concerned about the weight, it’s only 6.7kg so you’ll definitely have no problems carrying it around. But wait, why carry it when you can…
2. Wheel it around like a suitcase!
Yes! The Looping Squizz comes with a luggage bar, which lets you pull it like a wheeled luggage. It comes with a slip-on stretch cover too by the way, I just didn’t use it on the photo above.
3. Seats lie flat
The Looping Squizz has a reclinable backrest with lying position, which is awesome for napping.
And as you can tell from the photo, the seats are well-padded and very comfortable. Luke even said it was like “business class” and I think that pretty much gives you an idea of how awesome that is for him, right?
5. Super smooth ride!
The Looping Squizz has integral 4-wheel suspension and 12 ball bearings, which translated, really just means that it’s so easy to maneuver! So easy, you can do it with one hand as well.
This is probably what surprised me the most because if there’s one thing that annoyed me with my previous stroller it was that it was so hard to move around. I thought that was really how strollers were. Wrong.
Another plus about the wheels of the Looping Squizz is that because of the ball bearings, it’s durable and provides good resistance. Cobblestone streets shouldn’t be a problem. 😉
Other noteworthy things I love about it:
- Viewing window: You can see your baby from the back because of the mesh viewing window.
- Bumper bar: You can open the bumper guard for easy access. BUT don’t worry because it’s not easy for kids to open it so you won’t have to worry about them opening it on their own!
- Maximum sun protection: Made of UPF50+ fabric, which stops 97.5% of the sun’s UV rays
- Rain cover included: And it snuggly fits over the ENTIRE canopy too!
- Large storage basket and 2 bag hook handles: Because you need enough space to put all your shopping bags, am I right? 😉
Basically:
The Looping Squizz has so many features that I never thought I needed in a stroller but do!
Luke is turning 3 soon and truth be told, he would really rather just walk with us than sit in a stroller. I wish we had gotten the Looping Squizz earlier for Luke so that we could have maximized it (especially when we went to Disneyland, oh boy!)
With that said though, I’m still definitely bringing this stroller the next time we travel because it’s just so much more convenient (not to mention, time-efficient!) to push a stroller at places like airports and theme parks. And of course, if God blesses us with another baby then we’ll be using this stroller for years to come! Haha. 😉
Check them out at LoopingPH!

November 18, 2017 at 12:00 pmSince it’s a hand carry, I can bring it everywhere. There is a lot of competition for efficient and easy to carry strollers. But this is something I must have in the future.

November 18, 2017 at 7:15 pmWe’ll be travelling early next year and will be bringing my nephew. I think it’d be a good idea to bring a stroller like this one so he doesn’t get tired walking and suddenly asks us to carry him. But most strollers are incredibly hard to bring, thanks for sharing about this one.

November 19, 2017 at 9:30 amThis stroller is AMAZING! I worked in early childhood education AND was a nanny for a lot of years, so I experienced some terrible strollers haha. Finding a good one is like gold! Ben and I are taking note of this because we hope that when we have our own kids, we’re traveling as much as you guys are!

October 29, 2018 at 9:25 pmHi. Can I just ask if it can also fit on the cabin spaces of A320 planes like Cebu pacific? Thanks!

October 30, 2018 at 12:01 amHi Raya sorry I haven’t tried that, best to ask the Looping customer service!

November 26, 2018 at 4:14 pmHi we also had the stroller when we travel to Cebu, but unfortunately it was intercepted upon boarding. Was wondering they say we can put it on the overhead bin of a plane.
Sheena Sy Gonzales
November 27, 2018 at 10:35 amHi Lester, best to ask Looping straight but as I know many have used them in overhead bins of planes. Maybe that plane you took just had a different policy. Should be good for international travel.
